Have Some Fun, Share Your Faith

	UMYF Youth group is for Middle school (6th-8th grade) and Senior High youth (9th-12th grade). Combine faith, fun, food and friends and you’ll have UMYF. Middle school and Senior High spend separate time with their own age group. Faith-building activities, recreation, serving others, talking about real issues are the ingredients of this exciting youth program. Click here for an all-purpose permission slip. March 2008 Schedule: Sunday, March 2 - Baskets X 2 Bring at least 2-3 bags of candy (wrapped pieces) for Easter Baskets for needy kids. Basketball games with our own UMYF. March Madness and assembling baskets for kids, 6:30-8 pm. Sunday, March 9 - Laser Tag 6-8:30 (note time!) 3 games, pizza & pop. Cost: $18 per person. DDR, cup stacking, pool, ping pong, air hockey, darts, 6:30-8 pm. Practice for Sonrise Worship Service 6 pm. Saturday, March 22 - practice for Easter Sonrise in Sanctuary, 10:30 – noon. Sunday, March 23 - Easter Sonrise Worship Service Be here by 7:30 - service at 8 am. Auction items due! Sunday, March 30 1) Mission trip auction meeting in Sanctuary @ 11:30 am. Parents & youth should be present. 2) Sunday, March 30 - UMYF Regular Night- 6-8:30

	*Sr. High Mission Trip 2008* Where: Pittsburgh, PA 5 hours-300 miles from Troy! When: July 20th-July 26th Travel: mini vans rented Lodging: Pittsburgh Project has its own dormitory and campus Meals: Provided by program Cost: Tuition & travel & supplies Recommended per youth cost: $200.00 + meals while traveling $35. Tuition $360 is per person. We will be fundraising for the balance. 	Prayer Breakfast TROY STUDENTS 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of each month @ Caribou Coffee on Rochester Rd. in Troy. AVONDALE STUDENTS 2ND Tuesday of each month @ Beaners Coffee on Crooks @ Auburn Road (next to Walgreens). Meet @ 6:30 a.m. when school is in session only. Rides to Troy Schools and Avondale High on scheduled days provided by adults. Start Tuesdays with Faith and Friends. You don’t need to like coffee!

	Faith and Friends 8th-12th grade (ages 13 1/2 and up) Thursday nights from 7:15-8:15 p.m., February to May. A monthly schedule will be published. Meet at Panera Bread (Auburn and Rochester) for food, friends and devotions.
