Registration Information
Registration Times

Registration for all regular programs begins at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday. Off-site camps may have different registration times; notification will come directly from the Weekly Director. Except as otherwise notified, all campers need to be picked up promptly on Saturday at 9:30 A.M.

Important Registration Information

1.) Please use a separate registration form for each camper AND program. You may copy this form or obtain additional forms from your pastor or from any of the persons listed on the <Staff Info> Page. For mailing address and phone numbers see <Mailing Address>.

2.) Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please be sure to indicate your alternate choices on the registration form.

3.) A deposit is required with EACH registration and is non-refundable when a camper is accepted into a camp:

Half-week camps - $60.00 deposit
Weekend camps - $35.00 deposit
Week-long camps - $110.00 deposit (some exceptions)

4.) Campers may register for more than one session but
must return home in between sessions. A separate registration form AND deposit are required for each program.

5.) Grades listed for each program refer to grade entering in September.

6.) Health forms are required for all campers. A health form will be mailed to you as part of the registration process.

7.) Phone inquiries about camp specifics or registration are welcome. Call the Executive Director or Registrar. No registrations are accepted by phone.

8.) Make all checks payable to the camp you will be attending. (Skye Farm or Covenant Hills).

9.) We reserve the right to dismiss any camper if, in our opinion, this action is in the best interest of the camp or the child.
