If you
would like to explore questions like these, then Alpha is for you.
Alpha is especially geared to people who are ready to explore Christianity for
the first time in a serious way.
Alpha is for Christians who want to brush up on the basics.
Alpha
is for believers who want to deepen their experience of the Holy Spirit.
WHAT
HAPPENS AT ALPHA?
There
is a series of talks on topics such as:
Each
Alpha session begin with a simple meal. Meal times are for getting to know one
another better and for some fun and humor.
A talk
follows the meal. After each talk there is a small group time for everyone to
discuss any questions or issues they have. This gives an opportunity to to learn together.
The
Alpha Course meets every week for ten weeks. A special "day apart" is
offered. This is a key part of the Course, as well as being good fun.
Alpha
ends with a Celebration Supper Party.
