ROCK 2009 was was an incredible
experience
We joined 6,500 kids
from across the Baltimore-Washington Conference in
Ocean City for two days of fellowship, music, drama,
devotions, preaching, and sightseeing along the boardwalk.
It was an exciting Christian weekend retreat. Youth
in 6th-12th grade from all across the Conference gathered
at the Ocean City Convention Center.
The retreat was designed to "ROCK" our lives
and help us into a new or deeper faith in, and personal
relationship with the ROCK of our Salvation, Jesus Christ.
It was a time of spiritual growth. And it was fun.
Our guest speaker was
Reggie Dabbs, who connected with
each of us in a deeply meaningful way.
We rocked to the music of Stellar Kart
and Youthful Praise.
