Education

Education has long been key to the United Methodist Church, and to the Toppenish Congregation.  In 1899 the Methodist (then Methodist Episcopal) building that housed the first school in Toppenish.  Today, that commitment to education continues with a congregation full of professional educators, and a vibrant Christian Education program.  Sunday morning rings with shouts of children (well, OK, the adults are noisy as well!) as they rush to class, sing, and learn about God and how they are part of bringing God's love through Jesus into the world today.
