At the Church of Saint Andrew we are embarking on a journey that follows in the footsteps of our predecessors.  Our theme, "Build for Tomorrow" has been the underlying dream of our church throughout its history.  It took brave souls to build the Colburn United Brethren Church in 1901.  Sixty years later it took courage for their sons and daughters to move that congregation to our current location.  They had to step out on faith just as their parents had done.  Members then must have had The same questions we have today.  Can we do it?  How will we do it?  Will new people come and join our church family?  What does GOD really want us to do?  Much prayer, discernment and sacrifice was needed at every turn to Build for Tomorrow.

Thirty-seven years later we are facing another challenge.  We are being asked to step out in faith yet again.  Our membership has remained the same over the last 25 years.  future growth is limited.  Our current space does not allow us adequately minister to our youth, to families, to the elderly, and to the community.  We need a facility that will allow us room to grow.  It is time to fulfill the vision of those who brought us to this place and time.

GOD has a plan for the Church of Saint Andrew.  We are all a part of that plan.  Now, as the new millennium approaches, let us search for GOD's will as we seek to Build for Tomorrow.
