Studies show that 70 to 90 percent of those who join a particular church already have friends or relatives in that church. We know that getting an individual to attend worship for the first time is often the most difficult of all steps leading toward commitment to Jesus Christ. We also know that every member of the congregation should be involved in the task of evangelism. Trinity’s “Open Doors Sunday" is an effort to reach persons with the gospel and receive them as welcome guests. Please be in prayer about who you can invite to share worship at Trinity, and plan to be part of Open Doors Sunday. |
