Each year the Tennessee Conference offers the Lay Speaker Course in Spanish as part of the Conference Lay Speaker Program.

Participants are affirmed in the recognition that there is one God who calls in different ways, to different persons, for different tasks.

 

 

The Lay Speakers Ministry of the United Methodist Church offers an opportunity for training and supporting Christians dedicated to serving in their churches and communities.

 

 

As participants progress in the development of skills and service, the courses expand to specialize in a particular aspect of Lay Ministry.
