REPORT
FROM THE FINANCE COMMITTEE
The Tisdale United Methodist Church budget is struggling to keep
up with expenses. To keep up with the
budget for the
year we need to average $11,950.28 each month. In September our budget income was
$6,749. Our operating bank balance
on 9-30-09 was
$1,488.12. We need your help in your
giving over the next couple of months so we will be able to pay all of
our bills, including apportionments, as we come to the end
of the year. We need to each do our
part to control expenses in
the church, as well.
CHURCH WOMEN
UNITED-World Community Day
The annual World Community Day Service presented byChurch
Women United will be held at the Grandview
United Methodist Church at 7:00 p.m. on Friday evening,November 6. The public is invited to attend.

Storehouse. Bring as many
non-perishable food items
you can on Sunday, November 1 and November 8. Crop Camp is hosting its 7th Annual
Scrapbook Retreat at Camp Horizon
on November 6-8. They
are hoping to collect at least 10 good size boxes of food for the Ark City,
Winfield, and Burden food
pantries. All food
items donated at Tisdale will go to Joseph’s Storehouse in Burden. If you want more information you can
contact Shandra Hatfield at 620-229-8244.
