Children (K – 5th Grades)
The children of Tabernacle enjoy meeting twice a month for fellowship groups. During this time, a Bible truth is explored, games, crafts, food, and fellowship are enjoyed by all. Kindergartners and first graders are Little Missionaries, LM's for short. Our 2nd and 3rd graders call themselves Jesus' Rainbows or JR's. The 4th and 5th graders are known as CB's or Christian Beginners. Contact the Church office for the children's ministry dates and times.
Youth (6th – 12th Grades)
Youth in the 6th–12th grade meet each Sunday night from 5:30–7:00pm in the basement. Supper is provided from 5:30–6:30pm, after which they break up into two groups for program times. Both the Jr. and Sr. MYF's not only enjoy food and fellowship, they also make service work a priority. Each group does a mission project each month. MYF's also participate in several trips which include Lake Junaluska, Carolina Cross Connection, skiing, Christian music festivals, and more.
