EMS Tips and Information

  • EMS memberships are yearly [12 month] memberships, but do not necessarily fall on the calendar year. EMS memberships continue 1 year from the date processed.
  • EMS renewal notices are sent in a group to the chartering unit in October of each year. If the chartering group does not renew as a group, then individual renewals are mailed in February and May to those whose memberships expire within the next several months.
    EMS memberships are normally processed within 3 weeks of receipt.
  • EMS status reports are sent automatically to jurisdiction, conference, and district presidents in October, January and April.
  • Individual charter units can request a status report or address labels of EMS members at any time, hard-copy, diskette or email.
  • UMMen leaders can request address labels of EMS members whenever needed.
    Devotional booklets and premium items change each year.
