Sunday School

Every Sunday during the 9:30 a.m. worship service, September through May, except Christmas Sunday and Easter Sunday. The children come to worship and exit after the Children’s time with the pastor. During the summer months we offer a more relaxed time of Christian learning and fun during the 9:30 a.m. summer worship time.

Christian Education at Shelburne UMC means solid instruction in a warm and caring environment. We believe in teaching for transformation, not just information. We believe in the transforming power of God and find ways for our students to experience God’s redeeming love and mercy.

We use United Methodist curriculum that brings the Bible lessons alive. You can trust your child or young person to our church with confidence that they are getting the very best in religious education.
