Sunday is the best day of the week for Smithville members. The opportunity to worship and praise God and his Son, Jesus Christ, leads to a joyous time featuring singing praise and traditional hymns, enjoying the choir, prayer, Bible reading, and of course a Biblically focused message of rejuvenation. Worshipping in a congregation of friends who care about and know each other leads to an increased closeness to God through our Saviour Jesus Christ.
FELLOWSHIP HOUR
Before or after each worship service, plan to spend a few minutes enjoying fellowship and light refreshments with your church family. Coffee, tea, chilled water, and light snacks are available.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH UPDATE
During the 11:00 worship service, the children are excused before the morning message to take part in age-appropriate worship activities. They rotate activities such as using the computer lab, playing games, cooking, or watching a movie.
