Outreach
One of the goals of St. Stephen is to reach out in loving action to
our neighbors. We consider our neighbor to be anyone in need. The
following are some of the many programs we have or continue to support:
 Sunday School Food Pantry Offering
Each month the Sunday School classes will be asked to donate food items to the
food pantry
in lieu of a monetary offering.
Offering For:
August 2007 - Green Beans / Corn
September 2007 - Canned Beans
Pennies For Hunger Yearly Drive
After the huge success of the Pennies for Hunger collection on September 17th we are
asking families once again to pick up a "money jug" (gallon water jugs) in the church
foyer beginning on October 29th to fill for 2007. We are asking for families to collect
pennies, loose change, etc. for a whole year.
The money will be used to support the Food
Pantry, Ewing House Supper program, and other outreach projects that benefit our community
through the Outreach Committee.
