St. Paul’s Brick Chapel

St. Paul’s Brick Chapel is a lovely old chapel sitting on a hillside, tucked away in beautiful Carroll County farmland. Surrounded by orchards, Brick Chapel was built in 1829 and is one of the first churches built from the original Methodist class meetings in the colonies.

The chapel holds approximately 90 people, has a center aisle, and the walls are lined with antique mirrored candle holders. The chapel offers an authentic historic setting for a smaller more intimate wedding.

We ask that you use a runner if flower petals are used, and use bubbles to send off the couple if you wish, rather than rice or birdseed because of safety issues.

The fee for Brick Chapel is $250.  An accomplished organist/pianist is available for an additional fee.  The Rev. Helen S. Armiger, pastor of St. Paul's United Methodist Church is available to officiate the wedding service.
