Tuesdays
8:00 am     Centering Prayer at St. Paul's Church

Introduced to this method of prayer by a parishioner, Pastor Becky has been practicing Centering Prayer for over ten years.      Through centering prayer,…you will learn of God's ability to calm quickly a disquieted spirit.... you will receive guidance and direction from God. ... you will become better able to discern God's will for yourself and your ministry in the church and within the world.

We invite you to join our Pastor in her Study at St. Paul's at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday mornings.
Ø
       Attend as your schedule allows.
Ø       You need not commit to a specified period of time.
Ø       You may want to consider this discipline for a special season such as Advent or Lent.
Ø       Follow God's leading, and come as the Holy Spirit encourages.

First Tuesday of each Month
6:00 pm     The Prayer Shawl Ministry
at St. Paul's

Care and the love of knitting (and crochet) have been combined into a prayerful ministry that reaches out to those in need of comfort and solace. Many blessings are knitted into every shawl.

Shawls would be appropriate for those undergoing medical procedures; as a comfort after a loss, during bereavement, prayer or meditation, commitment or marriage ceremonies, birthing, nursing a baby; as a bridal shower gift; during an illness and  recovery; ministering to others --there are endless possibilities!   Besides knit and crochet; the shawls can be woven, sewn, quilted, or machine knitted.

We invite you to join with us for the Prayer Shawl Ministry on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Pastor's Study at St. Paul's.
If you have someone to whom you would like to present a prayer shawl let Pastor Becky know so it be arranged.
