2ND Annual Zachary Breaux Jazz Festival - honoring one of St. Paul's Own, Zachary Breaux, June 12 & 13, 2009. Downtown Procter St. Pavilion, entertainment starts Friday @5pm until 12midnight and continues Saturday @ 11am until 12 midnight!!!
