OUR VISION STATEMENT
Stockwell United Methodist Church exists 
to be the dwelling place of God; 
to give Him glory by being a house of prayer, praise and witness; 
to provide a place for healing, forgiveness and acceptance in a compassionate, non-judgmental atmosphere; 
and to make dynamic and devoted disciples through nurture, instruction and accountability.

Since 1830, God has kept this church a living and powerful example of His grace in our community.  Although the faces have changed over the years, God is always working to "build us together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit." (Eph. 2:22).  Let us all continue to be built up in Christ for the glory of God.  Pastor Mark
