Young Believers
Children’s ministries at St. Matthew introduce a new program for children age three through fifth grade. This program will feature all the fun things that children like as well as a chance for them to reach out and help those in our community. The program will be held one day a month with some months having an extra activity day. Most meetings will occur on Thursday evenings and dinner will be included most days in the activity schedule. Each month the activities will center around a theme or upcoming holiday event. Supper will be provided for families to help accommodate working parents. Our kick-off event will be held Thursday, January 29, at 5:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. The theme will be “Helping Others” and the children will be making items to take to Crestview Nursing Home in Jane Lew at their February 12 meeting. Tell all your friends to come and join you at Young Believers!
