The World is Our Parish
It is our desire to face the 21st Century with a renewed vision. A vision that began with Jesus who said "go into all the world and make desciples." A vision reaffirmed in the 18th Century, by John Wesley, founder of Methodism, who declared, "The world is my parish!"
The world is still our parish! The people of Saint Luke and the Elm Tree Parish are seeking to live out that vision in free and exciting ways! We live in such a connected world and our presence on the web is just one way of seeking new ways to be of service to our community, our nation, and ultimately our world.
