My Personal Background
I AM THE PASTOR OF SAINT JOHN'S
UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
AND THE COORDINATOR OF PRAYER.
[George Mauk]
George was born in Roaring Spring Pa and graduated from
Washington & Jefferson College in 1961. He married Pat in 1960
and is the father of two girls (Krista and Shannon) and one
boy(Ryan). George began a career in the U S Army as an artillery
officer in 1961. He has served in Ft. Benning Ga, Korea, Ft.
Jackson Sc, Ft. Irwin Ca, Viet NAM, Ft. Carson Co, Germany, and
Ft. Belvoir Va. He was raised in the Methodist tradition. George
met Jesus in Viet NAM and received a Miraculous healing in 1968.
This lead to full time ministry in the United Methodist Church
starting in 1977. George has served nine churches in the past 19
years and has seen the Lord move in mighty ways.
God is the Divine Physician and is still healing people today. Let
our Church pray for your healing.
