You Can Be a Missionary

The Staunton District is reaching out to Christians in our country and around the world. You can serve on a short-term mission team, usually about 10 days to 2 weeks as a Volunteer in Mission (VIM). United Methodist Volunteers in Mission is a growing missionary movement in which hundreds of people offer their skills and talents in Christian service overseas and within the United States.

Our District hopes to send at least two teams each year and is encouraging local churches or groups of churches to organize their own teams.
