• Use a browser that can execute both Java and JavaScript programs.
  For example, you can use
     Netscape Navigator* 6.0 or newer version, or
     Microsoft Internet Explorer* 5.0 or newer version.
  If you need to upgrade your browser, please click on one of the following links to upgrade your browser: MS Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
• Enable Java and JavaScript in your browser:
  In Netscape Navigator 6.x, go to Edit | Preferences | Advanced and enable both Java and JavaScript for Navigator.
  In Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x, go to Tools | Internet Options | Security | Custom Level. Scroll down to scripting, and under "Active scripting," click on the "Enable" button. You will find Java in the same list under "Microsoft VM." Under "Java Permissions" be sure that you click on the "High" or "Medium" Security buttons.
