Fellowship Dish-To-Pass Dinner
The Fellowship Dish-To-Pass dinner is open to all church people and guests. Prepare one dish and come out to enjoy a great meal and great fellowship with your church family. The November dinner is going to be a brainstorming session of ideas for your church. Come, enjoy, and share your ideas of how we can make our church grow and be alive!

Fall project: Adopt a family for the holidays
With as much need as there is in our own community, we have decided to adopt a family. We will make a request through Social Services or some other agency to receive the information about a family in our church area. We will then start collecting food items for a Christmas dinner and treats for the holidays and the stockings. We will try to provide Christmas presents for all members of the family - toys, pampering items, warm clothes , etc. The family may also need a Christmas tree and decorations. The gifts will be delivered to the family through the agency of referral along with wrapping paper, bows, tape, and tags. With everyone's help and God's direction, we will be able to make Christmas a true giving experience. Please pray about this project. We are hopeful to have the details necessary before Thanksgiving.
Our next meeting will be held in the Church Fellowship Hall on Saturday, December 3rd at 10 AM.
Phyllis Cook and Audrey Sheehey are in charge of this meeting.
Spring project: Ladies' Fellowship Luncheon
We will be planning the third Ladies' Luncheon for the Spring. We hope to invite other area church women and expand our attendance at this event. More on this later.
BAKE SALE
Saturday, November 19th at the FoodMart from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be making the usual goodies and a variety of Thanksgiving treats. Start thinking about what you can contribute to this effort. Drop by and let us help you with some of your Thanksgiving baking.
The proceeds will go to increase the church scholarship fund for continuing education. Barb Hurd will chair this event.
