participate in the monthly Federal Food Bank and have a food pantry for all in

Mission/Vision Statement
We believe that the ministry of the church
begins with meeting the basic needs of all people. Therefore, the mission
of the Smith River United Methodist Church is to be a living example of the
words of Jesus as found in Matthew 25:35-36a:
“…for I
was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to
drink,
I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me
clothing.”
It is the vision of the
