Welcome to the Smiley UMC web site.
We are glad that you have stopped by here, and truly hope that you will take the
opportunity to come worship with us here in Smiley, Texas. Our Sunday morning worship services are at 9:30 am.
This web site is going to be a growing and continuing effort, as we add more information and more interactive opportunities
here.
As you can see from the menu on the left of this page, the Smiley UMC web site contains both textual information,
such as a brief history of our congregation and the vision that we have for ministry in our little corner of the
county, as well as a discussion board and prayer request forum, and a calendar of events here in Smiley and elsewhere
in our District, Conference, and beyond.
We are also in the process of setting up a Daily Devotional site (with devotions based on the current Sunday's
sermon), as well as links to other sites of interest.
We are always seeking input to make our site more useful and will appreciate any feedback you care to provide.
