The Board of Directors of the Skylands Emmaus community is here to serve you, in the name of Christ. If you have any questions about the community               or its activities,  feel free to click one of the links below to send an email.

• Community Lay Director: Ted Stevens  This person leads the Board and acts as a focal point for issues that come before the community.
  
• Assistant Community Lay Director:  Judy Marinozzi
• Community Spiritual Director: Bob Mayer  This is the clergy side of the leadership of the community, and this person acts as a liaison between the community and the clergy servants.
• Secretary: Lisa Burse  The Secretary records the meeting minutes and maintains the written records of the community.
• Treasurer: Gabe Sasso The Treasurer handles all the contributions to the community and the expenditures by the community.

Committee Chairs

• Agape for Weekends: Chuck Archdeacon ensures that all the agape teams of the Walk to Emmaus weekends are equipped and prepared. All members of the community who contribute to this effort should contact this committee chair.
  

• Agape International: Joanne Burt  receives and distributes letters of agape love to and from other Emmaus communities around the world. If you know of other communities with whom we should be sharing greetings, please contact this person.
  

• Child Care:  Pat West -phone (646) 207-1938 ensures that there is adequate child care at Emmaus gatherings, team meetings and other functions. Please contact this person 48 hours before any covered event if you need child care.
  

• Chrysalis/SEARCH: Lisa Burse  is our liaison with the Chrysalis movement for young Christian adults, and with SEARCH for youth looking for spiritual direction.
  

• Community Training Coordinator: Burgess Abu-Smail is responsible for all training seminars, including Fourth Day Insights (required for those interested in working on an Emmaus team) and Sponsorship Training (required for all those who would like to sponsor someone for a Walk to Emmaus). Contact this person to check on upcoming training sessions.
  

• Facilities: Godfrey Bovell arranges for locations and dates of upcoming Walk to Emmaus weekends, as well as some other facilities (such as storage).
  

• Gatherings: Judy Marinozzi arranges the locations and speakers for monthly community Gatherings. Contact this person if you are interested in giving a Fourth Day witness.
  

• Group Reunions: Jason Porter  is the keeper of the central database of reunion groups in our area. See the related page on this site. If you are looking for a reunion group in your area, this is the person to contact.
  

• Hospitality: Rev. Greg Milinovich is responsible for all the refreshments, setup and clean-up at Gatherings and other Emmaus events. Call this person to let this committee know what you can bring!
  

• Kitchen: Joanne Jefferson heads up the coordination of kitchen teams for all weekends that use a community kitchen team. If you would like to serve a weekend in this way, this person is your contact.

• Literature: Cathy Altobello orders all the Emmaus literature, books and other readings available to the community.
  

• Music: Bob Stannard is the leader of the musicians for Gatherings, Walks to Emmaus, and team meetings. If you have song suggestions, please bring them to this person's attention.
  

• Community Development: Mark DeFederico  is the person to contact regarding presentations of What is Emmaus to Churches that may be unfamiliar with the ministry.   
  

• Registration: Janet Saulter-Hemmer is the person who handles all the applications for people interested in attending a Walk to Emmaus. See the related page on this site.
  

• Team Selection: Steve Yeske heads the committee that selects team members for upcoming Walk to Emmaus weekends./font>
  

• Skylands Newsletter: Pat  Terry publishes the monthly Skylands newsletter for the community. This is the contact for submitting items for the next newsletter.
  

• Prayer Chain: Pat Terry administers an email prayer chain. If you have a prayer concern to lift to the community, click this link to send an email. Also click there if you'd like to be added to the prayer chain.

• Bulletin Board: Pat Terry administers an email announcement chain for upcoming events or news flashes to the community. Click the link if you have an announcement you'd like distributed.
