The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
UMW Circles

Laura Circle
This circle meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Members volunteer as prayer partners within the group, collect items for the shoebox ministry for the homeless and support all UMW projects.

Martha Circle
This circle meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. They are active in supporting the United Methodist Spring Fair and Apple Festival (both support Weekday Christian Education in the local school system) as well as all UMW projects.

Mary/Ruth Circle
This circle meets the second Wednesday of each month from 9:30 to 11:45 a.m. This group supports many local community charitable endeavors, makes hospital visits for church members, and also supports all UMW projects.

Friendship Circle
This circle meets the first Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m.
General Information
These are only a few of the many activities our UMW is involved in. Meetings consist of devotions, a short business meeting, and a program which focuses on a UMW activity. Fellowship is abundant and the groups occasionally go out to eat.
