2008/2009 school year.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Classes
8:45 to 11:30 a.m.
Ages 3-5 (toilet trained)
Tuition: $75 a month
Our teacher will be Amy DeVries, who is an experienced
children's Day Care provider. She is married
with three children, ages 17, 8 & 4. This is her first year teaching at
Simpson where two of her children have attended preschool classes. She was
Owner/Operator of a home based child care business for five years and has home
schooled in the past. She is CPR/1st Aid Certified and registered with the
4C's Agency of Southwest Indiana. Amy and her husband, John, are members
at Forest Hills Baptist Church. She will offer training in Christian
values as well as the necessary skills for Kindergarten school entry.
Area of instruction will include social, behavioral,
large and
small motor skills.
Music, play and art will be incorporated in the class as well.

Simpson United Methodist Church is providing a child care
ministry as an
extension of the church. Our service is exempt
from Indiana State registration
at
this time because we operate less than four hours per day.
However, our
goal is
to meet the requirements of a registered ministry.
