a place to belong

We believe that church should be more than a place to make an appearance on Sunday morning.  When you find a place at Shiloh it means becoming part of a family that cares for each other and looks out for each other.  In our increasingly "super sized" and "long distance" world, we believe that the church should provide comfort, care, and support in obedience to Jesus' command that we love one another.  At Shiloh it's nice to come to a place where everyone knows your name.

For over  150 years Shiloh United Methodist Church has been an integral part of the community of faith in the Gilbert and Lexington area.  From our beginning in 1837 to today we have proclaimed the ancient faith that fills the voids of the modern world.  We celebrate the richness of our past as we look forward to an exciting and challenging future.
