THE FLAME

At this time there  no  copy of  The Flame online. The hope is that starting with the  next issue of  The Flame there will also be an online version.

This web site has been a dream  of the district officers for a while and so until  then here is a short article about why each bar is one of seven colors.

The  colors our web page bars have a meaning.  Back  when the  District had the pleasure of hosting the  Conference annual meeting in  Kennewick  seven colored  ribbons were braided together. These ribbons were worn by district members . The  seven colors stood for the agriculture , major events, and  rivers of our district.  The  colors are purple, red, green, white, dark blue, light blue,  and yellow. These colors represent  wheat, apples, rivers, onions,  grapes,  hot air balloons, mountains, forest, orchards, vineyards, to name a few, and the diversity found in the district.
