General Schedule and Other Information
1. The 2004 South Central Jurisdictional Conference opens at 6:30 pm Wednesday, July 14, 2004, with Holy Communion and Memorial Service at First United Methodist Church, Corpus Christi. It will conclude Saturday, July 17, 2004, at approximately 12:00 noon following the Consecration Service at First UMC, Corpus Christi.
2. Plan a morning arrival on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 (except delegates on the Committees on Nomination and Episcopacy.)
3. Early arrival expenses will only be reimbursed for persons required to arrive for committee meetings scheduled on Tuesday, July 13, 2004. This would include Bishops, Committee on Episcopacy, Committee on Nominations, the Jurisdictional staff and designated members of the Host Committee.

4. Registration will open at 10:00 am on Wednesday at the hotel. Registration will be at the Convention Center on Thursday and Friday.
5. Transportation will be provided for delegates to and from the airport, hotel, and convention center, the church and the Host Area Celebration.
6. Rental Car costs will not be reimbursed.
7. Annual Conferences and other groups needing to reserve a room at the hotel for a meeting or planned meal during the Conference, please contact Harry Kahl: 210/408-4500 or hgkahl@umcswtx.org
8. Guests and visitors may make reservations by contacting the hotel.
9. Hotel parking is complimentary for registered guests. Additional parking is available on Water Street and Shoreline for visitors and guests of the Conference.
10. Remember to send in your registration for the "Area Celebration."
