Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet.  I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.
(John 13:14-15)
Our Church in Mission

Mission Honduras
Nanci  age: 8
Jose  age: 5
One recent development in our mission program is the sponsoring of two young children through Mission Honduras.  Nanci and Jose live with their mother, Rosa in a recently developed complex for abandoned mothers and children.  They are one of four families living in this development as of 1/1/98.  Additional families are waiting for more houses to be refurbished so they can move in as well.

Habitat for Humanity
Founded in 1976, Habitat for Humanity International is an ecumenical, Christian housing ministry that seeks to eliminate poverty housing from the world and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.  Our church is presently providing financial support to the Clermont County chapter of HHI.  We are working toward the goal of putting together a work team to help with Habitat construction projects.

United Methodist Children's Home
The United Methodist Children's Home in Worthington, Ohio is a ministry of the West Ohio Conference.  Once an orphanage, UMCH now provides a variety of services to children in addition to residential care.  A variety of treatment and skill building services are provided to assist these children in moving to home-based settings.

Arab World Mission
Our church provides financial support for Brian Braunschweiger.  Brian and his wife Judi have previously served as missionaries to Arab communities in the United States and abroad.  They now reside in North Carolina, where Brian serves in Church relations, and recruiting new missionaries.  This work includes teaching about the Arab world, AWM, and how to share the Gospel with Muslims.  Brian travels through out the southeastern U.S. visiting college campuses and churches.
