WHAT COULD BE MORE EXHILARATING THAN ATTENDING THE 2008 MADRIGAL FEASTE? . . . . . VOLUNTEERING TO HELP WITH PREPARATIONS OR SERVICE AT THE FEASTE!!!

Volunteers are needed to assist in several ways.

Please check any way you are willing to assist:
Set-up of the sanctuary:
___ Set-up tables and chairs on Dec. 3, at 7:00 pm.
___ Place table cloths, china, glassware & silverware on tables on Fri., Dec. 5, at 10:00
am.
Wait staff for three performances: (20 people are needed for each performance: minimum
age for wait staff has been established as 15 years old)
___ Wait staff for Friday evening (Dec. 5) dinner will need to be ready to work at
6:30 and will be expected to stay after the dinner to clear tables & help
reset place settings (ending of responsibilities would be at approximately
10:30 pm)
___ Wait staff for Saturday afternoon (Dec. 6) dinner will need to be ready to
work at 3:30 pm and will be expected to stay after dinner to clear tables &
help reset place settings (ending of responsibilities would be at
approximately 7:15 pm)
___ Wait staff for Saturday evening (Dec. 6) dinner will need to be ready to work
at 6:45 and will be expected to stay after the dinner to clear tables and
assist in clean-up (ending of responsibilities would be approximately
11:00 R later if you are able to assist with re-setting the sanctuary)
Final clean-up and arrangement of sanctuary for church:
___ After the dinner, table settings need to be packed for return to the rental location,
kitchen cleaned, tables removed from sanctuary, vacuuming done, and sanctuary
set-up for church services the next morning.

be directed to David Gibbs at 584-0852.

how you would like to offer your assistance. Sign-up sheets will also be available during
fellowship time in October and early November. We would like to finalize the list of volunteers
by November 14 so that everyone that helps receives proper credit in the Madrigal
program.
