We offer an adult class
throughout the school
year on Sunday mornings. Our classes look at
what it means to
be a Christian, understanding Jesus Ministry, a particular book of the
Bible, videos series, current events, and many other study books
offered by
The United Methodist Church.
Currently the Sunday Morning
classes are using DVD programs to facilitate our adult
worship.
During Advent and Lent special studies are used that enable our
congregation to be
fully engaged in these special seasons in the Christian year.
Special evening and daytime classes are
also offered at various times of the year. Most recently we have had a
special program "Coming Fully Alive as you Age" that was open to the
community.
Following this we did a program on "Living Fully, Dying Well,"
We also periodically have a writing small group that helps us tell our
stories and explore our
faith journey.
In the past have done the Disciple
series which was a 32 week evening program.
All of these special programs
are advertised in our church newsletter.
