Introducing our Pastor 

Penny D. Cory

Pastor Penny was appointed to our church in July 2008. She loves the Lord and is happy to share her gifts and talents with us at St. Andrews's.

She grew up in Charles City County and received her BS in Recreation from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1974. She served as a missionary in Taiwan 1975-77. She graduated from the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity in 1982. She was ordained in the United Methodist Church in 1990 as a deacon and in 1994 as an elder.

She is the mother of two sons, Joshua and Steven. She enjoys singing and playing the guitar and piano. She looks forward to meeting new people and to sharing God's love with them.
