Safe Sanctuary

The Royersford United Methodist Church wants to provide a safe place for our children, youth, and vulnerable adults to learn about the Word of God.  To this end the Royersford United Methodist Church has adopted a Safe Sanctuary policy for all staff and volunteers in our children and youth programs.  The policy became effective 1/1/2009.

The policy requires background checks from the Pennsylvania State Police and Pennsylvania Department of Child Welfare Services for all staff and volunteers in children and youth programs.  The policy is to be reviewed annually.  The entire policy may be reviewed by clicking on the following link.
