What time does Worship Start?
We have two worship services, one at 8:30 a.m (early) and one at 10:30 a.m. (late). The early service is not as formal, with no choir and communion offered previous to the service each Sunday, starting at 8:00 a.m.
The late service is slightly more formal with the Chancel Choir, but both services follow the “traditional” Methodist style of worship.
You can click here to see our bulletin from out 8:30 service and here for 10:30
What about my kids?
There is a nursery provided for Sunday School and the late service. You can click here for list of volunteers. But, you are also free to bring your children into worship. I (Andy) have two kids, 2 and 4 years old, and a church without children is a sad place indeed.
What about Sunday School?
We have Sunday School for all ages. Our children's Sunday School Department is upstairs above the church office, while the adults meet through out our campus.
You can click here for a more detailed look at Sunday School
How do I need to dress?
Comfortably! If that means a suit and tie, then it’s a suit and tie. If’ it’s blue jeans, it’s blue jeans. Grace is available in all types of clothing.
Now, what exactly do you Methodists Believe?
In word, Grace. We believe that we are saved by Grace, but that grace does not just leave us there, but Grace calls us grow in love of God and Neighbor, which Jesus says was the greatest of all the commandments.
We believe that God love you more than you’ll ever know. You can’t earn it. It is simply given. God loves you.
We affirm the Nicene and Apostles’ Creed, believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and contains everything needful for salvation.
We believe that we are called to love and serve one another.
