Confirmation Class

Each year when we have youth of the appropriate age, generally eighth grade through high school, we offer confirmation training. For the year 2007-2008 we had four youth complete the training and joined the church.

Below are several photos of that class:

Sunday School

Sunday School is generally held at 10:45 AM (after 9:15 AM church service) in fellowship hall in the basement of the church. During the summer months, Sunday school is temporarily suspended.

Monday School

What is Monday School...? The local public school has changed from the conventional 5 day school week to a 4 day school week. The 4 day week begins on Tuesday and ends Friday. Thus, there is no school on Monday.

The Republic United Methodist Church saw an opportunity to serve the public by offering guidance for children of all ages on Monday morning from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Guidance is offered in the form of bible study, crafts, music, field trips, community garden work, and lunch. The cost to the student is FREE.
