A word of explanation first.
A wonderful group of members gathered together in 1994 to document the history of the Republic United Methodist Church in booklet form. They were: Local Contributors, Alphabetically:

Our thanks to each for their fine efforts and many hours of hard work.
Their work was not copywrited and did not have page numbers. During our examination of the document, the webmaster discovered it needed to be updated and left openended to add updates later. In 2007 a small group of members was asked to bring the History up to date. They did. They are:

Having mentioned updating, the reader should be advised that two Sections have portions added to the last page and are also left openended.They are Section I and Section III. The reader will notice the different type used. The reader should also be aware that the booklet available to the webmaster for the reproduction was a copy of a copy of a copy. The webmaster was not priveleged to have the original photos and documents that you will see in the presentation. Quality is lacking.

The reader should also be aware that the webmaster did not edit any portion of the content of this document except to add updates mentioned above. Below is the table of contents as written in the booklet. Each section is a seperate link, click on the link to open the file. Section II and IV are very large files and may take more than several minutes to open.
