Our Mission Statement

Believing in God, and supported by the Holy Spirit, The Pleasant Street United Methodist Church's mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ through inspiring worship, loving and supporting fellowship, nurturing outreach and a passionate sharing of God's love throughout the world.

Our members range in age from teens to eighty's, with several second and third generation families.

Our church has been a recognized benefit to our community since its founding in 1861. The main building includes our recently renovated Sanctuary and entrance, offices, meeting room, child care room and our food pantry, providing food to those less fortunate.
