Work Modules
A MODULE is a 3-4 hour block of time during a morning, afternoon, or evening

Sample Full Time — 14 Work Modules
| • 3 modules: | Sermon study & preparation, worship service preparation (including weddings, funerals, and other special services) |
| • 1 module: | Sunday morning |
| • 4 modules: | Crisis calling (hospital, home), funerals, visitation |
| • 3 modules: | Church/Administrative Council, committee meetings, church activities |
| • 1 module: | Administrative, correspondence, bulletin |
| • 1 module: | District/Conference, community, ecumenical work |
| • 1 module: | Teaching, small-group study, prayer groups (including preparation) |

Food for Thought: Consider the possibility of having the the pastor preach only 3 times/month so weekly schedule (3 modules) may be freed up for other church activities. Use local church or Certified Lay Speakers.
