The Port Huron District

Pastors:

1. Obtain from the Port Huron website all the forms and instructions and then distribute to the appropriate persons.
2. Announcement of the church conference: date, time, place.
   • 10 days/2 Sundays before the church conference
   • Pulpit, bulletin, newsletter
   • Reminder: all annual charge conferences are designated as church conferences with all professing members of the local church(es) having voice and vote.
3. Have a nominee for recording secretary for the church conference.
