"Glorious Impossibilities"

Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.  By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.   And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.                                                       -- Genesis 2: 1-3 

I came that they might have life, and have it abundantly.

How Sabbath Brings Abundant Life

1.       Pacing

2.       Direction

3.       Renewal

4.       Perspective

5.       Faith-Test

What Disciples Know

1.       That they belong to God, not to their web.

2.       That God has a claim on their life, so that their life does not claim them.

3.       That God’s design is to feed and save us, not starve and kill us.

4.       That you cannot be a blessing to people until you have received the blessing of God
