Fuel food program for school children

The Fuel program is a joint project with other community churches to provide food over the weekends and holidays for school children who are participants in the free lunch program at local elementary schools.  Teachers refer children with needs who discretely receive food packets to take home when school is not in session.  Church members provide money, food, and labor to support this program. 

At the present, seven churches are supporting 140 students at 4 elementary schools in northern Cheatham County.
