We are studying different characters in the Bible. How do we relate to these characters and what can we learn from them? How are we portraying our character in our own life? We are in our beginning stages and have room to grow. We would love for you to come and check our characters out - bring a friend or two, too.
Why Study Character? The pages of the Old Testament are full of amazing stories about remarkable people. But the Old Testament is about so much more than those people; it is about God. From the very beginning, God has been at work in people’s lives, whether kings, prophets, judges, or ordinary individuals. By looking at how God worked in these people’s lives, we see God’s character, His redemptive plan for humanity, His love and provision, and His judgment and discipline.
