YOUTH GROUP NEWS - November 2009
Can you believe it is November already? The busy season is ahead and the youth are ready to proceed. On November 22nd will have the Hanging of the Greens Service at 7 pm with snacks afterwards. We are very excited to start the Advent Season this year and look forward to sharing it with our congregation. The youth group will continue to meet from 11:45 to 12:45 each Sunday unless other wise notified. Youth Council will meet November 22nd after youth group from 12:45 to 1:30. All parents are welcome to attend the Council meetings to gain more insight on the events for the upcoming months. No youth group on November 29th due to the Thanksgiving. Instead we may go to a movie if there is enough interest to do so. November Events:
1st - Breakfast Fundraiser 7:15 am - All youth Regular Meeting 11:45 to 12:45
8th & 15th - Regular Meeting 11:45 to 12:45
21st - Fluffing of the Greens and Practice 10 to 12 lunch to follow
22nd- Hanging of the Greens 7 PM Cookies & coffee to follow
29th - No Meeting - Possible Movie outing

To all our church members who donated items and their time for our annual yard sale to raise money for our mission projects. All proceeds from this year sale will go towards our 2009 mission trip.

May 18th - Regular Meeting - Donut Duty/Lunch - Ophaug’s
May 25th - No Meeting - Donut Duty NO Lunch - Conroy’s

Sunday, June 1st, the youth group will begin setting up for the garage sale at 1:00 pm, all youth are encouraged to be there.  We also will need some big strong men to help bring tables up from downstairs. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.
