Youth and Young Adults are not just the hope of the church for tomorrow; they are the leadership of the church today. With energy, vision, enthusiasm and motivated by deep faith, youth and young adults actively participate in church administration, mission, and ministry.

Through mission opportunities, advocacy, training, leadership development, mission education and administration of funds, young leaders and young people's organizations can transform individuals and communities.

As volunteers youth and young adults are important resources. They embody Christian love in action as they bring their diverse talents to mission programs, projects, and institutions, local outreach ministries, and emergency response and recovery work around the world.
