What Is Spiritual Growth?What is spiritual growth? Spiritual growth
is how we mature in the faith, both individually and as a community organized
for mission. The Mission Coordinator for Spiritual
Growth provides opportunities for women to realize personal growth and spiritual
renewal for mission. You are the leaven for the district, in that you bring a
spirit that encourages good team relationships. Spiritual growth includes
participating in mission, which is expressed through community witness, social
involvement, and support of the global ministries of the United Methodist
Church. Everyone is of sacred value and part of the
family of God. As Mission Coordinator for Spiritual Growth, I encourage
Attitudes that build up all persons and which improve relationships with God and
