Michigan Tai Chi Association offers beginner and continuing tai chi classes Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. Tai chi is an all encompassing exercise which incorporates a series of gentle turning and stretching movements. It helps to reconnect mind and body balance. This exercise is great for people of all ages and health conditions. The class is taught by instructors Moses Wu and Michael Ross who each provide over 20 years of experience in the study and instruction of tai chi.
